 Special Meeting Voting Results

A Special Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners was held in April for the purpose of presenting for a vote plans for the extensive renovation of the Jackrabbit Pool complex as required under the provisions of Article V of the Condominium By-Laws. The result of the vote, in CEPI's, was as follows:

Yes - 6,210 No - 50 Abstain - 25

The Minutes of the October, 2014 Annual Meeting were also approved.

Work on the Jackrabbit Pool Complex will commence this summer. When completed, the main swimming pool will have a fresh updated appearance complimented by a new adult pool with separate lounge area, expanded kiddie pool with play area, and updated food service facilities funded by Marriott. During construction, all guests will have access to the Spa Pool without charge.

 General Partner to mail Distribution Checks

The General Partner has advised that mailing of the Year-End Distributions is targeted for early next week. The mailing will include the audited 2014 Annual Report which will also be available on the web site when it is released.

 Camelback room rates now posted through September 3

Rates for regular and sun deck rooms through September 3, 2015 are now posted on the Camelback Room Rates page. The number of days your unit is charged when you use vacation time at a reciprocal property is based upon the rate in effect the day of your stay at the participating hotel. Rates change frequently throughout the year. We suggest that you consult this page prior to making your plans if you need to forecast your vacation time usage.

 Updated listing of Units Available for Resale

The listing of Units Available for Resale is continually updated as units are sold and new units are offered. The current listing was revised on April 24, 2015.

Section 20 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Camelback Inn Condominium provides current owners with the Right of First Refusal enabling an existing owner to match the terms of an offer to purchase a condominium unit by a non-owner.  May 31 is the deadline to guarantee availability

Condominium owners can guarantee availability of their units during the 2015-2016 prime season by requesting vacation time on or before May 31, 2015. The best way to make reservations is on your computer. Just log on to www.camelbackowners.com. Key in your password, click the Reservations Page link at the left and follow the instructions. Your request goes directly to the Camelback Reservations Team. They will send you confirmation by the next business day. It's that simple. No need to call, fax or send an email.
