 Nominating Committee Seeks Candidates

It is the duty of the Nominating Committee to recommend to the Annual Meeting the names of two Co-Owners to fill the seats on the Board of Directors that will be expiring in October.  General Partner completes mailing of Distribution Checks

The General Partner has advised that Year-End Distributions were mailed and electronic funds transfers were completed on May 14. The Cover Letter that accompanied your statement is available on the Partnership page of the web site and there is a link to the General Partners April 10, 2015 letter containing the Distributable Cash Statement for 2014 and Budget for 2015. The audited 2014 Annual Report of the Camelback Inn Associates Limited Partnership is expected to be mailed by early June at which time it will be available on the web site.

 May 31 is the deadline to guarantee availability

Condominium owners can guarantee availability of their units during the 2015-2016 prime season by requesting vacation time on or before May 31, 2015. The best way to make reservations is on your computer. Just log on to www.camelbackowners.com. Key in your password, click the Reservations Page link at the left and follow the instructions. Your request goes directly to the Camelback Reservations Team. They will send you confirmation by the next business day. It's that simple. No need to call, fax or send an email.

 Camelback room rates now posted through September 3

Rates for regular and sun deck rooms through September 3, 2015 are now posted on the Camelback Room Rates page. The number of days your unit is charged when you use vacation time at a reciprocal property is based upon the rate in effect the day of your stay at the participating hotel. Rates change frequently throughout the year. We suggest that you consult this page prior to making your plans if you need to forecast your vacation time usage.

 Updated listing of Units Available for Resale

First Financial Equity Corporation has furnished us with the listing of Units Available for Resale as of May 15, 2015. Matt Munn and his team from FFEC have recently initiated new marketing efforts to promote the sale of Condominium Units on property. The listing can now be obtained at the Front Desk or from the Concierge and the property map has been revised to include information about resales.

Section 20 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Camelback Inn Condominium provides current owners with the Right of First Refusal enabling an existing owner to match the terms of an offer to purchase a condominium unit by a non-owner. If you wish to be informed of pending sales you may request that your name be added to the notification list by sending an email request with your name and unit numbers to:

 JW Marriott Brand continues to expand

Since 2003, Camelback Inn has been a part of the exclusive collection of luxury hotels that bears the name of the company's founder, J.W. Marriott. There are now 80 JW Marriott properties worldwide including 15 resorts. Among the recent openings are the 1,012 room JW Marriott Austin, Texas and the JW Marriott Resort in Vienna, Italy. Future openings include the JW Marriott Resort Los Cabos Beach, Mexico and the JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America. The Marco Island Marriott, a popular destination among Co-Owners, recently announced plans for a $250 million expansion and renovation.
