The Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, January 13 at 4:00 p.m. MST. To listen to the meeting call 302-202-1098. When prompted, key in the participant code: 5340985

 We need your help in completing the voting process

The Board recommended several amendments to the Declaration and By-Laws. Those present and absentees voted overwhelmingly to approve the amendments. However, we did not reach the 75% threshold required to approve the amendments.

The documents were written in 1972 and the Board identified a number of areas where protections were needed and voting procedures could be modernized. An explanation of each proposed amendment is included in the ballot. The Board recommends approval of the amendments and requests all who have not voted to please do so.

Please complete pages 1-5 of the ballot, sign and date it, and mail it to the address shown on page one. Alternatively, you can complete the ballot, scan it, and email it to vdarr@maypotenza.com or fax it to VDarr @602-252-1114.

 43rd Annual Meeting will resume on February 4, 2016

The 43rd Annual Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners was called to order on Saturday, October 17, 2015 and will be continued on February 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. MST in order to allow additional time to vote on proposed amendments to the Declaration and By-Laws. If you are at the resort and wish to attend, contact the front desk to find out the meeting room location. You can listen to the continued meeting by calling 302-202-1098.  Host Announces closing of the Condominium Office

Host Hotels and Resorts, Inc., General Partner of the Camelback Inn Associates Limited Partnership, announced at the October meeting that they plan to close the Condominium Office by the first quarter of 2016. Administrative functions currently being performed by June and Wanda will either be brought in house to Host's corporate office or outsourced to a third party. The Host Legal Department will handle title transfers and General Partner obligations of document deliveries for condominium re-sales. Other functions including reciprocal exchange payments and vacation program tracking are expected to be outsourced to a third party.

 Camelback in the news as Official Media Hotel

The College Football Playoffs came to an end Monday night as the Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Clemson Tigers to claim the National Championship at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Camelback Inn served as the official media hotel for the championship game and for the Fiesta and Cactus Bowls held over the New Year's weekend. For the past two weeks the resort has been buzzing with football fans and sports media. You can view a video about the events by clicking the link on the What's New page of the website.

 New JW Marriott Hotels opened in Minnesota and Mexico

Two new JW Marriott branded hotels recently opened and are available under your reciprocal exchange program. The JW Marriott Mall of America is a newly built 342 room property adjacent to the Mall and located 11 miles from downtown Minneapolis.  Camelback room rates now posted through March 31, 2016

Rates for regular and sun deck rooms through March 31, 2016 are now posted on the Camelback Room Rates page. The number of days your unit is charged when you use vacation time at a reciprocal property is based upon the rate in effect the day of your stay at the participating hotel. Rates will change frequently during the high season. We suggest that you consult this page prior to making your plans if you need to forecast your vacation time usage

 Updated listing of Units Available for Resale

First Financial Equity Corporation has furnished us with the listing of Units Available for Resale which was last revised on December 17, 2015. You can view the list by clicking the Units Available link at the left. Matt Munn and his team at FFEC have initiated new marketing efforts to promote the sale of Condominium Units on property. The listing can now be obtained at the Front Desk or from the Concierge and the property map has been revised to include information about resales.

Section 20 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Camelback Inn Condominium provides current owners with the Right of First Refusal enabling an existing owner to match the terms of an offer to purchase a condominium unit by a non-owner. If you wish to be informed of pending sales, you may request that your name be added to the notification list by sending an email request with your name and unit numbers to:
