 PLEASE HELP US FINISH THE VOTING

The Board recommended several amendments to the Declaration and By-Laws. The votes received have been overwhelmingly in favor of the amendments. However, we still need more votes to reach the 75% threshold required for approval.

The documents were written in 1972 and the Board identified a number of areas where protections were needed and voting procedures could be modernized. An explanation of each proposed amendment is included in the ballot. The Board recommends approval of the amendments and requests all who have not voted to please do so.

Please complete pages 1-5 of the ballot, sign and date it, and mail it to the address shown on page one or scan and email it to vdarr@maypotenza.com or fax it to VDarr @602-252-1114.

 43rd Annual Meeting will resume on February 4, 2016

The 43rd Annual Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners was called to order on Saturday, October 17, 2015 and will be continued on February 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. MST in the office of the General Manger. You can listen to the continued meeting by calling 302-202-1098. When prompted, key in the participant code: 5340985.

 Next Board of Directors Meeting date is set.

The Board of Directors met on January 13 with several Co-Owners joining the telephone conference. Minutes were taken and are expected to be available shortly after the next Board Meeting which is scheduled for April 6, 2016, at 4 p.m. MST.  Host Announces Condominium Office closing and new procedures

Host Hotels, in a recent letter, confirmed to Limited Partners its plan to close the Condominium Office as announced at the October Annual Meeting. The letter, which includes instructions for requesting reimbursement of reciprocal stays, can be accessed on the What's New page of the web site. Host has also requested that folios for all 2015 reciprocal stays be submitted by February 1, 2016.

 Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley to open in 2018

Marriott International has announced plans to open a new 200 room Ritz-Carlton resort on East Lincoln Drive in 2018. The project includes a residential community and full service spa. The official announcement is posted on the What's New page of the web site.

 Camelback room rates now posted through March 31, 2016

Rates for regular and sun deck rooms through March 31, 2016 are now posted on the Camelback Room Rates page. The number of days your unit is charged when you use vacation time at a reciprocal property is based upon the rate in effect the day of your stay at the participating hotel. Rates will change frequently during the high season. We suggest that you consult this page prior to making your plans if you need to forecast your vacation time usage

 Updated listing of Units Available for Resale

First Financial Equity Corporation has furnished us with the listing of Units Available for Resale which was last revised on December 17, 2015. You can view the list by clicking the Units Available link at the left. Matt Munn and his team at FFEC have initiated new marketing efforts to promote the sale of Condominium Units on property. The listing can now be obtained at the Front Desk or from the Concierge and the property map has been revised to include information about resales.

Section 20 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Camelback Inn Condominium provides current owners with the Right of First Refusal enabling an existing owner to match the terms of an offer to purchase a condominium unit by a non-owner. If you wish to be informed of pending sales, you may request that your name be added to the notification list by sending an email request with your name and unit numbers to:
