Please include a brief biography, let us know why you want to serve, and include a good phone number.

If you haven't sent in your ballot - Please vote!

The 2015 Annual Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners has been continued until August 24, 2016; to allow time for additional votes to be cast in support of the proposed amendments to the Condominium Documents. If you have not cast your vote, please take a few minutes to download the ballot from the What's New page of the web site and then mail, fax or email your vote. Thank you.

Important Message from the General Partner

Please be advised that the 2nd half of 2015 real estate taxes that were due to Maricopa County was May 1st. The payment was actually made on May 18th. A total of approximately $2,000 was accrued in late fees/interest penalties and Host will be responsible for paying that amount. You will not be responsible so please ignore any notices sent from Maricopa County. We apologize for this late payment. We experienced difficulty in connecting with the contact at Marriott who typically provides us with the consolidated bill to pay and by the time we made contact the deadline had already passed. Again, Host will be paying any interest/penalties associated with this late payment.

In addition, the final 2015 distribution check was mailed last week. You should be receiving the associated letter and year end statement that goes along with that check in this week's mailing.

Finding answers to your questions on line

With the closing of the Condominium Office, Co-Owners have been asking about making reservations at Camelback Inn, reimbursement for recent stays at reciprocal hotels and for the names of personnel to contact for the services that June and Wanda provided. For a listing of personnel handing these matters, select the Contacts page from the drop down menu, then choose Partnership Services.

We have added several answers to some of your most frequently asked questions on our FAQ page. Click the menu button at the upper left and choose FAQ's from the drop down menu.

To make reservations at Camelback Inn, choose the CBI Reservations Page from the drop down menu. If you have questions about reservations at reciprocal properties or how to get your reimbursement check, select the Reciprocal Properties Page. You will find full details about participating hotels, current Camelback room rates and reimbursement procedures.

This fall the Annual Meeting date is October 29, 2016

This year's Annual Meeting date is later than usual due to the timing of the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur holidays. The Annual Meeting weekend will include important business meetings and social events. The Co-Owner's Golf Tournament this year will be played on the new Ambiente Golf Course. Look for details about this year's annual meeting in late summer. Future Annual Meeting dates are listed on the web site on the Meetings and Events page.

New Marriott Hotels - in a New York State of Mind

Like the Billie Joel song, with five new properties opening this year, Marriott is in a New York State of Mind. Among your new options when visiting the Empire State are the recently opened high-tech Renaissance Midtown South near Madison Square Garden; the Buffalo Marriott, located inside the new Harborcenter complex and, set to open in August, the Ithaca Marriott on the Commons, near the Campus of Cornell University.

Two classic upstate hotels have been completely restored. The original DeWitt Clinton Hotel, just steps away from the state Capitol, is now the Renaissance Albany Hotel. In August, the historic Hotel Syracuse will re-open as the Marriott Syracuse Downtown, elegantly restored with contemporary luxury. Numerous celebrities have visited the hotel since it opened in 1924 including John Kennedy, Bill Clinton, Elvis Presley, the Rolling Stones and John Lennon.
