"I love helping guests choose the products they need for their daily routine," says Liz Gardner, Merchandising Supervisor in Aquae Sulis Spa Boutique. She especially enjoys educating guests who do not already have a routine skin or body care regime. "I get to start from scratch and educate them on why it's important and the difference between the lines we carry and other lines they've used or are familiar with" says Gardner.

Gardner is a self-described product junkie who has personally tried "almost every product out there" just to research its effectiveness. Not only can she create a personal skin care routine for a guest, but she also enjoys turning a guest room into a personal spa for a visitor. "Some guests just come in and want to pamper themselves while on vacation and I love to help them get the perfect mix," she enthuses.
