Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Carlos, I have worked at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa for almost twenty years. For the first 10 years, I worked at the Charisma Restaurant (now Cava), while working there I discovered my calling.
I began my career as a massage therapist and that was the best decision I could have ever made. When Spa Esmeralda opened, I joined.
There is no day that I wake up and not look forward to doing what I do and love it as much as I do. The best reward is when guests ask for me by name.
I also enjoy providing most of our massages, from the light and relaxing Swedish to the strong and vigorous Sports, the therapeutic relaxation that one gets from our Signature Esmeralda Stone treatment or the quick rhythm of the LOMI LOMI Massage.
I love what I do, "massage isn't something that I do to live, but something that I live to do."
